Need Help!

Some Quest Help!

I have a BIG Problem... I'm in the middle of the Quest where you need to find those Boots for the Grey Fox... BUT I read in some Forums already and they said: The Grave is empty and after you step out the Vampire Guy that owns the House will attack you. And after you killed him the Boots are in his Corpse... But The Guy is GONE! I can't find him... He isn't in the House and doesn't come back :( I already searched for cheats that brings npc to your point but the only thing I found was the Code for the NPC: 000148D5

Help me Plz!

    "Alternative Strategy

    Instead of going through the family crypts to find the journal, you may simply kill Jakben. When you attack him, he will summon his armour and boots and you can lift the boots from his corpse. Note that you will likely have to pay a bounty, although it may be minor if no one catches you. "

    Type "player.placeatme 000148D5" in the console. It's the button under Esc and next to 1 if you don't know.

    EDIT: The NPC might just Spawn exactly at the place you stand. use the kill command and he will drop dead if you clicked on him before or you will die. lol
